  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email or text message notification with the corresponding tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States & Canada: 7 to 15 business days.
  • Europe: 10 to 20 business days.
  • Latin America: 10 to 25 business days.
  • Asia & Oceania: 15 to 30 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond EVL Smart's control, such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


Packaging and Handling

To ensure the safety of your products during transit:

  1. All items are carefully packaged with appropriate protective materials.
  2. If your order includes multiple products, each item will be individually wrapped to avoid damage.
  3. Boxes or mailers are securely sealed to prevent accidental opening during transportation.
  4. A shipping label with full recipient details, tracking number, and declared contents is affixed to the exterior of the package.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout based on destination and package weight.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions for certain destinations or orders over a specified amount.

Important: Additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or destination country fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

  • All shipments include a tracking number that will be provided once your order is dispatched.
  • Customers can track their orders in real time via the carrier's tracking page or directly through our website.

Restrictions & Prohibited Items

For legal and safety reasons, EVL Smart does not ship or allow the import of the following items:

  • Banknotes, currency, or negotiable instruments.

  • Hazardous waste or biological remains.

  • Narcotics or controlled substances of any kind.

Documentation & Special Requirements

  • Certain regulated products (e.g., food, supplements, cosmetics, clothing) may require additional documentation depending on the destination country’s laws.
  • Some countries require the recipient to hold a valid import license for certain products.
  • EVL Smart reserves the right to cancel an order if legal or regulatory requirements in the destination country are not met.

Responsibility & Guarantees

  • Once the package is handed over to the carrier, EVL Smart is not responsible for delays or losses attributable to third parties.
  • If a shipment is held by customs due to incomplete documentation or unpaid duties, the customer is solely responsible for resolving the issue.
  • If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, you must notify EVL Smart within 5 business days of receipt, providing photos and supporting documents.

Returns Due to Delivery Issues

  • If a package is returned to sender due to incorrect address details provided by the customer or failure to collect the package, the customer will bear the costs of reshipping.
  • In these cases, EVL Smart will contact the customer to arrange a new shipment or refund the purchase amount, deducting incurred shipping and return costs.
